CLINIC:
Monday ~10 am - 6:45pm
Tuesday ~ 10 am - 6:45pm
Wednesday ~ 10 am - 6:45 pm
Thursday ~ 10 am - 6:45 pm
Friday ~ 10 am - 3pm
[Early in the Summer, if requested]
MOBILE:
Monday ~ 9:30 am - 3 pm
Tuesday ~ 9:30 - 3 pm
Wednesday ~ 9:30 - 3 pm
Thursday ~ 9:30 - 3 pm
Friday ~ 10 am - 1pm
Cancellation and Payment Policy:
In consideration of other patients waiting for appointments, a minimum of 24 hours prior notice is require for any cancellations.

You will be responsible for the full fee if not notified.

This is noted in the Cancellation Policy you receive upon your Initial appointment and is agreed upon when an appointment is scheduled.
